Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Business Development Executives (BDEs).
Drive end-to-end sales cycles: lead generation, client meetings, site visits, negotiation, and deal closure.
Build and maintain strong relationships with
developers, channel partners, and clients
.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Ensure monthly and quarterly sales targets are achieved.
Design and implement marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility and lead inflow.
Regular reporting to management with performance insights.
Requirements
7-12 years of experience in
real estate sales/marketing
.
Strong exposure to working with
developers or consultancies/channel partners etc.
Proven track record of
meeting/exceeding sales targets
.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
Graduate/MBA in Marketing or Business Management preferred.
