We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into clients, and closing sales for residential and/or commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through various channels - cold calling, networking, site visits, and digital platforms
Schedule and conduct site visits with potential clients and explain project details
Understand client requirements and offer property solutions that meet their needs
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitors, and project developments
Coordinate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns
Negotiate and close deals, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Maintain proper documentation and records of sales leads and client interactions
Follow up with prospects and nurture relationships for future sales opportunities
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred)
Proven experience in sales; real estate background is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven
Knowledge of local real estate laws, market trends, and documentation processes
Must have own vehicle (preferred)
