Female Sales Executive

to join our real estate team, focusing on the sales of

luxury flats and villas

in premium locations across

Himachal Pradesh

. The role is travel-intensive and requires regular site visits and client interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell high-end residential properties to potential buyers Conduct site visits and provide detailed project presentations Build and maintain strong client relationships Understand customer requirements and offer tailored property solutions Coordinate with the marketing and CRM teams for lead follow-ups and conversions Represent the brand professionally at all times

Candidate Requirements:

Female candidates only, aged between 25 and 40 years Experience in real estate sales or relevant field (hospitality/luxury product sales preferred) Excellent communication skills and a pleasant personality Comfortable with traveling across Himachal Pradesh Self-motivated, target-driven, and presentable
