Key Responsibilities
Represent buyers, sellers, and investors in real estate transactions with professionalism and expertise.
Source and develop new client relationships through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts.
Prepare and present property listings, offers, and contracts.
Stay informed about local market trends, financing options, and industry regulations.
Collaborate with colleagues and management to support company growth and client satisfaction.
Qualification:
Languages: English/ Hindi/ Bengali
Strong knowledge of local market dynamics and pricing strategies.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to manage time and priorities effectively.
Strong ethical standards and commitment to client service.
