Excel-based financial modeling
Lease comparison matrices
Google Earth / GIS familiarity

Ability to create technical site presentations and proposals for institutional occupiers.

Preferred Qualifications
Graduate; MBA/PGDM in real estate, logistics, or marketing preferred
Certifications in industrial real estate, supply chain, or CRE (optional but advantageous)
A vehicle and valid license for field mobility
