Prepare and present sales proposals, pricing structures, and closing documents.
Coordinate with CRM and documentation teams to ensure smooth booking and handover.
Meet monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.
Maintain updated records of client interactions, enquiries, and sales in CRM software.
Stay updated on project inventory, pricing, competition, and market trends.
