We are looking for an energetic and results-driven
Real Estate Sales Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and closing property sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Meet with clients to understand property requirements and provide solutions.
Present and promote real estate projects to prospective buyers.
Negotiate deals and assist clients through the sales process.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat and referral business.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Prior experience in real estate sales/telecalling/sales role will be an advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and deliver results.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
Salary:
?15,000 - ?22,000 per month + Attractive Incentives
