As a Real Estate Sales Executive, you will play a key role in helping clients buy, sell, or rent properties. Key Responsibilities



Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. Participate in site visits, open houses, and property exhibitions. Provide accurate information about property features, pricing, and benefits. Coordinate with property owners, developers, and legal teams. Maintain a database of client information and leads. Meet weekly and monthly sales targets. Stay updated on real estate market trends and property laws.

Requirements



Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and presentation skills. Self-motivated and target-driven. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools (training provided). Willing to travel locally for site visits and client meetings.
