Key Responsibilities:
1. Generate Sales Leads: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including online marketing, referrals, and networking events.
2. Build Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized solutions.
3. Sales Growth: Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively communicating the value proposition of our projects to potential clients.
4. Property Showcases: Conduct property showcases and presentations to clients, highlighting the features and benefits of our projects.
5. Client Follow-up: Regularly follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met and to identify potential upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
6. Market Feedback: Provide feedback to the management team on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity.
Requirements:
1. Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
2. Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
3. Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
4. Knowledge: Basic knowledge of real estate market trends, sales principles, and customer service standards.
