As an

Architect Tele Sales

, you will be responsible for generating leads, engaging potential clients and converting inquiries into successful transactions over the phone and online. This role blends your understanding of architectural design with persuasive sales skills.

Key Responsibilities:



Conduct outbound and inbound telesales calls to potential clients. Schedule and coordinate virtual or in-person site visits and consultations. Maintain and grow a pipeline of qualified leads through CRM tools. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Develop strong relationships with existing clients. Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns, social media, and property listing platforms. Provide market insights and suggest appropriate real estate solutions based on client needs.

Requirements:



Proven experience in real estate sales, architecture, or telesales preferred. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Confident, persuasive, and results-driven mindset. Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
