Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.
Stay updated with property trends, competitor projects, and market conditions.
Maintain sales records and reports for management.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi/English).
Confident, self-motivated, and target-driven personality.
Knowledge/experience in Real Estate Sales will be an added advantage.
Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, Emails).
