Key Responsibilities
Generate and follow up on leads through networking, referrals, marketing, and prospecting
Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties based on their needs and budget
Conduct property showings, open houses, and site visits
Advise clients on market conditions, pricing, legal requirements, and financing options
Prepare and present offers, contracts, and necessary documentation
Negotiate purchase agreements and close transactions successfully
Maintain accurate client records and transaction files
Coordinate with brokers, lenders, inspectors, and legal professionals
Stay informed about real estate market trends, laws, and regulations
Meet or exceed individual sales targets and performance goals

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
