Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Executive, based in Pune. The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing property sales processes, interacting with potential clients, and showcasing available properties to match client needs. Daily responsibilities will include lead generation, client consultations, property tours, and providing tailored real estate solutions while delivering exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
Possession of a valid Real Estate License
Proficiency in Real Estate and Sales practices
Knowledge of Real Property concepts and the housing market
Strong Customer Service and client relationship skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Ability to work independently and handle deadlines effectively
Familiarity with the Pune real estate market is an advantage
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
Must Have Experience in West pune as CP
