Property management:
Schedule and host property showings and open houses; manage online and social media presence for listings.
Negotiation:
Prepare and present offers, and negotiate terms between buyers and sellers to reach a mutually agreeable outcome.
Documentation:
Prepare all necessary paperwork, such as contracts, deeds, purchase agreements, and closing statements.
Marketing and lead generation:
Generate leads for new business, promote properties through advertisements and open houses, and build a professional network.
Networking:
Build relationships with mortgage lenders, contractors, attorneys, and other professionals to provide resources for clients.
Compliance and knowledge:
Stay up-to-date on real estate laws, zoning regulations, and best practices
