Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Client Management:

Identify and cultivate potential clients and maintain strong, long-term relationships with buyers and sellers.

Property Sales:

Promote and sell residential or commercial properties by coordinating with clients and managing property listings.

Market Expertise:

Provide insights into market trends, property values, and local market conditions to help clients make informed decisions.

Property Showings:

Arrange and conduct property viewings and open houses for prospective buyers.

Negotiation & Closing:

Negotiate terms and close sales agreements, ensuring smooth and profitable transactions for all parties.

Documentation:

Prepare and manage necessary documentation and contracts for property transactions.

Sales Reporting:

Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.

Market Research:

Conduct market research to identify new selling opportunities and stay updated on market trends and property values.

Sales Targets:

Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
