Job Description

Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

Connecting with potential clients through various channels like outbound calls, networking, and social media. Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Understanding client needs and preferences to recommend suitable properties. Conducting property viewings and site visits. Handling inquiries and objections professionally.

Sales and Negotiation:

Generating sales leads and converting them into sales. Negotiating sales agreements and closing deals. Achieving and exceeding sales targets. Preparing and presenting sales proposals.

Market Knowledge and Research:

Developing a strong understanding of the local real estate market. Staying updated on property values, market trends, and competitor activities. Conducting market analysis and providing insights to clients.

Documentation and Coordination:

Preparing necessary documentation for property transactions. Coordinating with various stakeholders like buyers, sellers, legal teams, and finance professionals. Ensuring smooth and efficient transaction processes.

Reporting and Communication:

Reporting sales activities and performance to management. Communicating effectively with clients and internal teams. Providing regular updates on market conditions and sales progress

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
