The Real Estate Sales Manager is responsible for leading the sales team, driving revenue growth, managing key client relationships, and ensuring successful closure of residential real estate transactions. The role involves strategizing sales activities, coordinating with builders and channel partners, and ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage the
sales and pre-sales team
Set
sales targets
and ensure achievement on a monthly and quarterly basis
Monitor lead allocation, follow-ups, site visits, and closures
Handle
high-value clients
and assist in complex negotiations
Coordinate with
builders, developers, and channel partners
Ensure proper execution of
booking, documentation, and agreement processes
Track team performance and prepare
sales reports and forecasts
Train team members on
product knowledge, sales processes, and compliance
Maintain accurate records in
CRM
and enforce process discipline
Stay updated on
market trends, pricing, and competitor activity
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate / MBA (Sales & Marketing preferred)
4-10 years of experience in
real estate sales
, with at least 2 years in a
managerial role
Strong
leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Proven track record of
meeting or exceeding sales targets
Ability to manage teams and handle pressure situations
Strong understanding of
property documentation, RERA, and approvals
Familiarity with
Bengaluru real estate market
, especially Whitefield
Working Conditions
Office timing:
10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Site visits, client meetings, and weekend work as required
Weekly off as per company policy
