Job Profile: Real Estate Sales AgentLocation

Bengaluru (Whitefield & nearby locations)

Role Summary

The Real Estate Sales Agent is responsible for generating leads, handling client enquiries, conducting property site visits, and closing residential real estate sales. The role involves working closely with builders, channel partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth transactions and high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound

sales enquiries

(calls, walk-ins, digital leads) Understand client requirements and recommend

suitable properties

Conduct

property site visits

and project presentations Explain pricing, payment plans, legal approvals, and amenities Build and maintain strong

client relationships

Negotiate and close deals in coordination with management/builders Assist clients with

booking, documentation, and agreement process

Maintain accurate records in

CRM

and provide regular follow-ups Achieve

monthly sales targets

and revenue goals Stay updated on

local real estate market trends

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate or equivalent (preferred) 1-5 years of experience in

real estate sales

(freshers can apply) Strong

communication and negotiation skills

Customer-focused and result-oriented mindset Ability to work independently and in a team Basic knowledge of

property documentation

is an advantage Familiarity with Bengaluru real estate market preferred
Working Conditions

Office timing: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM Site visits and client meetings as required Weekly off as per company policy

Fixed Salary + Attractive

Pay: ?13,453.52 - ?40,114.89 per month
