Market & Compliance:
Stay current on market trends and property values.
Ensure compliance with real estate laws and regulations.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Deep understanding of the local property market.
Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and marketing.
Self-motivation, problem-solving, and goal orientation.
A valid real estate license (where required).
