Commercial Projects Sales Executive
Present purchase offers to sellers for consideration
Mediate negotiations between buyers and sellers
Coordinate property closings, overseeing signing of documents and disbursement of funds
Generate lists of properties for sale, including details such as location and features
Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services
Compare a property with similar properties to determine its competitive market price
Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and legal requirements
Answer client questions regarding construction work, financing, maintenance, repairs, and appraisals
Coordinate appointments to show homes to prospective buyers
