Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Agent to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, showcasing properties, and assisting with sales closures.

Key Responsibilities:



Promote and sell residential and/or commercial properties. Generate leads through networking, site visits, and follow-ups. Assist clients through the buying process, providing necessary property details. Maintain strong knowledge of local property trends and market conditions. Build and maintain relationships with customers and property developers.

Requirements:



Candidate from

Kerala

preffered. Prior experience in real estate sales is an advantage. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Good knowledge of the Kerala real estate market. Self-driven and target-oriented.
