Key Responsibilities
Generate and manage leads through networking, referrals, online platforms, and cold calling.
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties.
Conduct market research to stay updated on real estate trends, pricing, and competitive activity.
Schedule and conduct property showings, open houses, and client meetings.
Prepare and present offers, purchase agreements, and other transaction documents.
Negotiate terms and prices to help clients achieve their real estate goals.
Maintain accurate client records using CRM tools.
Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat and referral business.
Coordinate with lenders, inspectors, appraisers, and attorneys as needed.
Ensure compliance with real estate laws, regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications & Requirements
Proven experience as a real estate agent or in a sales role (preferred).
Strong knowledge of local property market and trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
