Oversee the end-to-end sales process - from lead generation to final closure.
Conduct regular market analysis and competitor mapping.
Coordinate with marketing, CRM, and project teams to align business objectives.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and relationship management.
Report KPIs, sales forecasts, and team performance to senior leadership.
Key Requirements:
Minimum
7-15 years
of experience in
real estate sales
.
Proven track record in leading teams and achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage high-ticket property deals independently.
Deep understanding of the Gurgaon/Delhi-NCR real estate market.
