Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Conversion:

Proactively generate qualified leads through various online/offline channels and follow up to ensure high conversion rates for residential and commercial real estate projects.

Client Engagement:

Conduct in-depth property consultations, virtual and in-person presentations, and site visits tailored to client requirements.

Sales Execution:

Drive the complete sales cycle from initial contact to closure, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and post-sales service.

Relationship Management:

Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat and referral business.

Target Achievement:

Consistently meet or exceed assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Requirements:

Experience:

Minimum

1 year of hands-on experience

in real estate sales, preferably in the Gurugram market.

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a client-first mindset.

Negotiation Skills:

Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities to close high-value transactions.

Sales Orientation:

Highly target-driven with a passion for achieving sales goals.

Tech Savvy:

Comfortable using CRM tools, MS Office, and digital platforms for lead tracking and reporting.
