Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum
1 year of hands-on experience
in real estate sales, preferably in the Gurugram market.
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a client-first mindset.
Negotiation Skills:
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities to close high-value transactions.
Sales Orientation:
Highly target-driven with a passion for achieving sales goals.
Tech Savvy:
Comfortable using CRM tools, MS Office, and digital platforms for lead tracking and reporting.
