Key Responsibilities:
Handle client inquiries and provide guidance on buying/selling residential and commercial properties
Conduct site visits and property showings
Maintain regular follow-up with clients and close sales
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Stay updated with market trends, property values, and competitor analysis
Requirements:
Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar field
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Ability to work independently and in a team
Own vehicle preferred (for site visits)
