- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and marketing efforts.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
- Conduct property showings and tours for potential buyers, highlighting the features and benefits of each property.
- Assist clients in the buying process, including negotiating offers, preparing contracts, and facilitating the closing process.
- Proven track record of success in real estate sales (primary sales), with a minimum of 3/4 years of experience.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in real estate software and CRM systems.
- Knowledge of local real estate market trends, neighborhoods, and property values.
- Monday to Friday
