1. The primary role is to sell the existing and future inventory of residential apartments of the company 2. Understand the project and the unique features and to present the same to the potential buyers 3. Follow up with the potential buyers over mail, phone or in person as required to make the sale
4.Interact with the clients and accompany them on-site visit/present sample apartment 5. Participate in the negotiations & provide assistance in loan documentation 6. Good understanding of the real estate market and the transaction process 7. Strong interpersonal and communication skills 8. Aptitude for customer service delivery 9.
