We are seeking a committed and immediately available Sales Advisor to join our organization at an early stage and support .

Add India Height - Plot No- 10 & 11, Noida - 125, Nearest Metro Station - Okhla Bird Sanctuary

This position is strictly office-based and requires physical presence for both interview and work. Online / virtual interviews are not available Work-from-home or hybrid arrangements are not offered Relocation-based applications will not be considered Freshers are eligible

Working Schedule

Working Days: 6 days per week

Weekly Off: 1 day (as per company policy)

Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Roles And Responsibilities

Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities

Explain the customers about the properties.

Build a good Working relationship with Subordinates.

Offer advice and motivate the sales team to close sales.

Follow up with potential customers to prospect for new business.

Closing sale and submitting all relevant documents to seller

Report on sales activities to top management with a current and futuristic benchmark.

Qualifications And Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and meet sales targets

Experience in cold calling and business development

Knowledge of the local real estate market
