Minimum 1-3 Years in Real Estate Sales / Property Sales (Fresher not eligible)
Key Responsibilities:
Handle
end-to-end sales process
from lead generation to deal closure.
Build and maintain strong
client relationships
for repeat and referral business.
Conduct
site visits
and property presentations to prospective clients.
Achieve monthly & quarterly
sales targets
.
Stay updated with
market trends, competitor activities, and property rates
.
Coordinate with internal teams for
documentation and smooth transactions
.
Requirements:
Proven experience in
Real Estate / Property Sales
.
Excellent
communication & negotiation skills
.
Ability to handle
HNI clients
and luxury property sales will be an added advantage.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
