Role Summary:
We are seeking enthusiastic, target-driven
Sales Executives
who are passionate about real estate and client success. This is a field-intensive role that involves property presentations, client meetings, site visits, and end-to-end deal closure.
Key Responsibilities:
Attend and manage inbound client inquiries (calls, online leads, walk-ins)
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable property options
Schedule and
conduct physical site visits
for prospective buyers
Present project features, pricing, and benefits effectively
Negotiate with clients and close deals independently
Build and maintain long-term relationships for referrals and repeat business
Coordinate with backend and documentation teams to ensure smooth transactions
Maintain regular follow-ups and update CRM systems accurately
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned
Candidate Requirements:
1 to 4 years of sales experience (Real estate experience preferred but not mandatory)
Must possess a
2-wheeler with valid driving license
(Field visits are essential)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Fluent in English
and at least one or more
regional languages
Excellent negotiation and closing skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple leads effectively
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and confident
Knowledge of local Bangalore real estate market is an added advantage
Immediate joiners will be given preference
