Key Responsibilities:
Handle
end-to-end sales process
for residential/commercial properties
Conduct
site visits
and property presentations for prospective clients
Understand client requirements and provide
tailored property solutions
Build and maintain strong
long-term relationships
with clients
Negotiate and finalize deals in alignment with company goals
Follow up on leads via phone, and in-person meetings
Coordinate with internal teams (legal, marketing, CRM) for smooth deal closure
Maintain records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in CRM
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Real Estate/Marketing preferred)
1-3 years of experience in real estate sales
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Ability to handle client queries professionally and build rapport
Willingness to travel locally for site visits and client meetings
Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting sales targets
