About the Role:



We are seeking a motivated and client-focused

Real Estate Sales Advisor

to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will manage the complete sales cycle -- from contacting leads and site visits to deal negotiation and post-sale support. Your ability to build strong client relationships and close property deals will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle

end-to-end sales process

for residential/commercial properties Conduct

site visits

and property presentations for prospective clients Understand client requirements and provide

tailored property solutions

Build and maintain strong

long-term relationships

with clients Negotiate and finalize deals in alignment with company goals Follow up on leads via phone, and in-person meetings Coordinate with internal teams (legal, marketing, CRM) for smooth deal closure Maintain records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in CRM

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Real Estate/Marketing preferred)

1-3 years of experience in real estate sales

Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills Ability to handle client queries professionally and build rapport Willingness to travel locally for site visits and client meetings Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting sales targets
