About the Role

Quick and straightforward

: Make phone calls to clients, share details of new property developments, and close deals.

: Focus is on communication and closing projects--no heavy paperwork or complicated tasks.
What You'll Do

Call potential or past clients

, telling them about upcoming projects and current property availability.

Explain key highlights

: location, price, and booking benefits.

Close deals over phone

: Assist clients in booking properties.

Follow up

: Remind clients about payment steps and documentation.

Update manager/CRM

: brief notes on each call and outcome.
What We're Looking For

Comfortable with

cold calling and outbound calls

.

Clear communication skills

: polite, persuasive, patient.

Basic product knowledge

: you should understand project features and sales terms.

Motivation to close

and ability to follow-up persistently.
Nice-to-Haves

RERA registration

in Haryana (required if handling legal bookings). MagicBricks+2Housing+2MagicBricks+2 Prior experience in

. Local knowledge of Gurugram/Delhi NCR property market.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
