Responsibilities
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties
Identify potential leads and generate new business through calls, site visits, and referrals
Schedule and conduct property visits with clients
Explain property features, pricing, and location benefits
Coordinate with property owners, landlords, and developers
Maintain client relationships and follow up for future business
Meet monthly sales/rental targets
Requirements
Any Bachelor's Degree or Post-Graduate (Freshers welcome)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and property visits
Good negotiation and presentation skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, etc.)
Self-motivated and target-oriented attitude
Own vehicle preferred (for site visits - if applicable)
