We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional
Receptionist
to be the face of our real estate office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front-desk operations, handling client inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing administrative support to agents and brokers. A strong customer service orientation and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients, agents, and visitors warmly and professionally
Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
Schedule showings, meetings, and appointments for agents and brokers
Manage office calendar and conference room booking
Distribute mail and manage office supplies inventory
Assist with marketing materials, open house preparations, and social media updates
Keep the front desk and reception area clean, organized, and welcoming
Handle basic data entry and filing
Provide administrative support to real estate agents and office management as needed
Qualifications
Prior experience in an office or customer service role; real estate experience a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and basic CRM tools
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively
