Information & Assistance

: Providing detailed information about properties, pricing, and amenities.

Property Visits

: Guiding clients through property visits and events, ensuring a smooth and informative experience.

Inquiry Handling

: Responding to client questions and concerns promptly and professionally.

Communication & Rapport

: Maintaining open communication with clients and staff, building rapport and trust.

Record Keeping

: Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.

Administrative Tasks

: Assisting with basic administrative tasks like filing, answering emails, and managing records.
