We are looking for a real estate purchase executive with 1 or 2 years of experience in the same industry. The key responsibilities include the following:-

Key Responsibilities:

Identifying and Evaluating Properties:

Conducting market research, analyzing property values, and assessing investment opportunities to identify suitable properties.

Negotiating Agreements:

Negotiating lease or purchase agreements with sellers, ensuring favorable terms for the organization.

Managing Due Diligence:

Overseeing site inspections, feasibility studies, and other due diligence processes to ensure the property meets the organization's requirements.

Collaborating with Internal Teams:

Working with internal teams such as legal, finance, and operations to facilitate property acquisitions and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Ensuring Compliance:

Ensuring all real estate transactions comply with legal, regulatory, and company requirements.

Managing Relationships:

Building and maintaining relationships with real estate agents, property owners, and other stakeholders.

Developing Procurement Strategies:

Creating and implementing procurement strategies for real estate acquisitions and managing vendor relationships.

Ensuring Timely Delivery:

Coordinating with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

Maintaining Records:

Maintaining accurate procurement records and reports for management review.
