Your role:

Support initiation, planning and execution of multi-discipline sub-projects, ensuring adherence to agreed specifications, timelines, costs and staffing requirements. Integrates all work-streams involved in delivering real estate construction projects, ensuring effective coordination and timely execution with support from senior colleagues. Operates with minimal supervision, applying independent judgment to make decisions on significant financial and project-related matters. Supports Sr Construction PM with an oversight to manage site execution team responsible for civil and finishing works, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements. Directs the external project partners (PMC, Architect, Cost consultants etc) to manage and administer on-site materials, ensuring that all supplies are handled, stored, and utilized according to project specifications and quality standards. Presents detailed reports on project status, including progress, financial performance, and any deviations from the plan, to stakeholders and senior management. Engages in clear and effective communication with all project stakeholders, including team members, vendors, and clients, to ensure alignment and address any concerns promptly. Resolves any issues or discrepancies that arise during project execution, ensuring developing resolution plans in a timely manner to minimize impact on project outcomes. Manages project timelines and milestones using project management tools to ensure efficient progression and timely completion of all project phases. Provides guidance to address any issues or deviations from the project plan, implementing actions to ensure project alignment.

You're the right fit if:

Bachelor's / Master's degree in project management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying or equivalent. Minimum 8-13 years of experience in areas such as Real Estate Project Management, Construction Management, Architectural Design, Engineering Design or equivalent with Bachelor's Minimum 4 years of experience in areas such as Project Management, Construction Management, Architectural Design, Engineering Design or equivalent with Bachelor's OR no prior experience required with Master's Degree. PMI- Constructional Professional or equivalent would be added advantage

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.


Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities.


Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.
