Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate Presales, including at least 2 years of team handling experience (managing a team of 10 or more people) and CRM lead management experience.
Individual Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for handling inbound/outbound calls/ leads/meetings/sitevisits.
2. Qualify leads by understanding customer requirements.
3. Coordinate and schedule site visits, ensuring tight and timely follow-ups.
4. Use strong local market knowledge to enhance property pitches and client interactions.
5. Act as the senior point of contact for complex leads/escalations.
6. ?Achieve individual targets of site visits and conversions
Team Handling Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage the presales team to meet and exceed monthly targets of (self and team).
2. Take full ownership of (Self + Team) presales operations - from lead management to timely reporting- ensuring minimal supervision.
3. Collect, review and consolidate daily reports from the team, present concise summery to the management.
4. Develop and implement presales strategies to improve lead conversion.
5. Track and report KPIs such as lead conversion rate, timely follow-ups, response time, site visits scheduled, site visits done and bookings.
6. Ensure CRM system is accurately and effectively updated.
7. Acts as the senior point of contact for complex leads/escalations.
Requirements:
1. Proven real estate presales experience with team leadership skills.
2. Proficiency in CRM tools, G-Suite and data reporting.
3. Strong communication and client Handling abilities.
4. Target-oriented, proactive and problem- solving mindset
5. Strong local market knowledge of pune real estate
