Real Estate Presales Executive

Job Description

:



Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective clients (70-80 calls per day). Engage with potential customers to understand their requirements and financial capabilities. Qualify leads and schedule site visits for the sales/relationship management team. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified prospects. Follow up with clients to maintain interest and maximize conversion opportunities. Support weekend site visit coordination and assist in deal closures. Maintain accurate records of calls, client interactions, and lead status in CRM systems.

Eligibility & Requirements:



Minimum

6 months of experience in Real Estate Presales

(mandatory). Graduates in any discipline. Target-oriented role with

Fixed Salary + Incentives

. Willingness to work on

Saturday & Sunday

(week off on one weekday). Leads will be provided by the company.

Skills Required:



Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. Honesty and integrity. Basic knowledge of real estate and local market locations. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Additional Information:



Field coordination may be required. Two-wheeler preferred.
