Job Title: Presales Executive

Salary: ₹22,000 - ?30,000/month

Job Type: Full-time

Work Mode: Work From Office - Pune

Location: Baner/Sus

Experience Required:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in real estate presales, CRM lead management and client coordination.

Individual Responsibilities:

1. Handle inbound and outbound calls, leads, and inquiries through phone and walk-ins.

2. Qualify leads by understanding customer requirements.

3. Arrange and schedule site visits with clients.

4. ?Ensure tight and consistent follow-ups.

5. ?Maintain strong knowledge of local real estate projects and market trends to enhance property pitches and client interactions.

6. ?Send property details, and relevant information to potential clients.

7. Update and maintain lead data accurately in the CRM system.

8. Achieve individual targets for site visits and bookings.

Requirements:

1. Proven real estate presales experience.

2. Proficiency in Lead management CRM tools, Google suite (drive/docs/sheets).

3. Strong communication and client Handling abilities.

4. Target - oriented, proactive and problem-solving mindset.

5. Strong local market knowledge of pune real estate.
