Position: Pre-Sales Executive - Real Estate

Location: Kharadi, Pune

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in real estate pre-sales

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients from our lead database Understand client requirements, preferences, and budget clearly Share multiple property options that fit their needs Build interest and convince clients for site visits or meetings Coordinate with the sales team for smooth lead handover Maintain records of calls, feedback, and follow-up schedules
Who We're Looking For:

Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate pre-sales or telecalling Strong communication and persuasion skills Confident in handling objections and guiding clients through options A proactive and positive attitude toward targets and team collaboration
