We are looking for a motivated
Real Estate Pre-Sale Executive
to support our sales team, engage with potential customers, and help drive our pre-booking growth.
Role & Responsibilities
Receive and respond to inbound leads via calls, emails, chats & walk-ins
Understand customer requirements and present suitable real estate options
Assist customers through
pre-sale process
(site visits, presentations, documentation guidance)
Maintain and update
CRM / lead database
Coordinate with sales, marketing & operations teams
Schedule and follow-up on client meetings and property tours
Support preparation of sales proposals and follow up on quotations
Achieve monthly lead conversion and pre-sale targets
Key Skills & Qualifications
1 - 4 years of experience in real estate sales or customer acquisition
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer engagement & follow-up abilities
Target-driven with a passion for sales & real estate
Comfortable with pitch presentations & closing discussions
