The editor will work closely with our creative and marketing teams to ensure consistency, brand alignment, and fast turnaround times.
Key Responsibilities
Editing real estate photos with accurate color correction, exposure balancing, straightening verticals, and natural enhancements.
Performing window masking, sky replacement (when appropriate), and minor object removal while maintaining realism.
Editing property walkthrough videos, short promos, and social media reels.
Color grading footage, stabilizing clips, syncing music, and adding light text or motion overlays when needed.
Optimizing final outputs for MLS listings, websites, Instagram, YouTube, and paid advertisements.
Handling different formats including drone footage, wide-angle interiors, vertical videos, and cinematic edits.
Required Skills & Tools
Strong proficiency in Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop for photo editing.
Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro; After Effects knowledge for basic motion graphics is a plus.
Understanding of real estate visual standards and buyer-focused presentation.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight real estate deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and consistency across all deliverables.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience working with real estate agents, brokers, photographers, or marketing agencies.
Familiarity with U.S. real estate listing requirements and social media formats.
Ability to follow brand guidelines and client-specific instructions with minimal supervision.
