POSITION: REAL ESTATE OPERATIONS ASSISTANT
1? Role Purpose
To support day-to-day real estate operations including field work, office coordination, data management, and client follow-ups under the direct supervision of Mr. Animesh Sahni.
2? Key Responsibilities
A. Field Work
Visit properties with Mr. Sahni or as instructed
Take clear photos and videos of properties
Share live location and visit updates
Coordinate site visit timings with clients
B. Office & Coordination
Maintain property details (sale / rent)
Update WhatsApp and Excel records
Manage enquiry follow-ups as instructed
Coordinate with owners, security, and staff
C. Client Support
Make and receive calls only as guided
Share basic property information
Fix appointments for site visits
Maintain polite and professional behaviour
D. Administrative Support
Maintain daily work register
Assist in document collection (no originals)
Support marketing activities (posters, flyers, listings)
3? Authority & Limitations (VERY IMPORTANT)
No authority to negotiate price or commission
No authority to collect money
No independent dealing with clients
No sharing of client or owner contact details
All actions only under instructions of Mr. Sahni 4? Reporting
Reports directly to Mr. Animesh Sahni (Proprietor)
Daily work update mandatory
5? Working Hours
10:30 AM to 6:00 PM
One weekly off (fixed)
6? Conduct & Discipline
Honesty and confidentiality compulsory
Mobile usage only for office work during duty
Misconduct or breach of trust leads to immediate termination
7? Growth
Salary revision and incentives based on performance and business growth

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
