The Real Estate Operations Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day operational activities related to property sales, documentation, coordination with clients, channel partners, and internal teams. The role ensures smooth execution of site visits, bookings, agreements, and registration processes while maintaining accurate records and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with sales team for site visits, bookings, and client follow-ups
Manage end-to-end documentation including booking forms, agreements, and registry coordination
Maintain and update customer records, inventory data, and sales reports
Assist in payment tracking, demand letters, and collection follow-ups
Handle communication with clients regarding payment schedules, possession, and documentation
Support channel partners/brokers with required documents and updates
Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
Resolve customer queries related to operations and post-sales support
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
4-5 years of experience in real estate operations or sales coordination
Good knowledge of real estate documentation and registration process
Strong communication and coordination skills
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint, and CRM software
Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Preferred Skills
Experience in commercial or residential real estate projects
Knowledge of local property laws and registration procedures
Experience in customer handling and post-sales support
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
