Real Estate Transactions (Non Litigation)

Reporting To: Associate Partner

Budget: ₹30,000 per month (based on experience)

Experience: 1 to 2 years (Post-Qualification)

We are hiring a Senior Attorney with experience in real estate transactions to join our Mumbai office. The role requires handling end-to-end documentation and execution of real estate deals, including title diligence, conveyancing, and structuring, while working closely with the Associate Partner.

Key Responsibilities:

? Draft and review:

? Development agreements, conveyance deeds, and lease deeds

? Joint development agreements, redevelopment contracts, and MoUs

? Leave & License Agreements and RERA documentation

? Agreements for sale, sale deeds, and property transfer documents

? Society resolutions, indemnities, and title documents

? Title reports, search summaries, and legal opinions

? Conduct and supervise title due diligence for land parcels, buildings, and redevelopment projects.

? Coordinate with clients, developers, societies, architects, and sub registrars for smooth execution.

? Support in structuring of real estate transactions and risk assessments.

? Handle RERA compliance documentation and society representation.

? Maintain clear version control of documentation and track timelines for each execution.

Requirements:

? Deep understanding of real estate law, title verification, and regulatory compliance (RERA, MOFA, etc.)

? Strong experience in drafting and closing real estate transaction documents.

? Prior experience with housing societies, developers, and property acquisitions.

? LLB with 2-4 years of solid experience in real estate practice.

? Ability to independently manage files and client expectations.

? Willingness to work full-time from our Nariman Point office.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
