Designation: ASM Location : Thane Objective of the role: Planning, implementing, managing and overseeing sales strategy Responsible for the revenue target for the region/project Create a high performing team Supervisory Responsibilities: Training and coaching of the new team members Coaching and developing existing team members Supporting problem resolution and decision-making Conducting timely performance evaluations Dealing with performance problems and terminations Duties/Responsibilities: \xe2\xae\x9a Highly motivated and target-oriented leader who has extensive and sound Relationship Management with Superiors, Developers & the Team experience, with an outstanding past result. \xe2\xae\x9a On boarding new Developers and maintaining relationships with the existing Developers with the company. \xe2\xae\x9a Accountable for Business Plans & Sales and report to AVP/Sales Head. \xe2\xae\x9a Market intelligence updates to be provided to the management of the company. \xe2\xae\x9a Accountable for productivity of the employee and overall ROI too. \xe2\xae\x9a Responsible for SOPs of the company to be adhered to. \xe2\xae\x9a The individual should be able to achieve personal and team targets simultaneously. Education and Experience: \xe2\x97\x8f Graduate / Post Graduate in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or similar field \xe2\x97\x8f Minimum of 1 years of experience and above in Real Estate sales or similar role \xe2\x97\x8f Experience with CRM software \xe2\x97\x8f Excellent verbal and written communication skills Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: Up to \xe2\x82\xb935,000.00 per month Benefits:
