KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Knowledge in above Land &revenue Department

Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies:

Creating and implementing comprehensive marketing plans, including digital marketing strategies, content marketing, email campaigns, and social media initiatives.

Manage Digital Marketing Channels:

Overseeing online advertising, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, and website maintenance.

Analyze Market Trends:

Conducting market research to identify new opportunities, understand customer preferences, and assess competitor activities.

Content Creation and Management:

Developing engaging content for various platforms, including website copy, blog posts, social media updates, and marketing materials.

Lead Generation and Management:

Implementing strategies to generate leads through various marketing channels and managing the lead pipeline using CRM systems.

Brand Management:

Ensuring brand consistency across all marketing materials and online platforms, and building brand awareness.

Sales Team Collaboration:

Working closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales targets and provide support for lead conversion.

Performance Analysis and Reporting:

Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and generating regular reports on marketing campaign performance, analyzing data to optimize strategies.

Budget Management:

Managing marketing budgets and ensuring cost-effective spending on marketing activities.

Stay Updated on Industry Trends:

Keeping abreast of the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices in the real estate industry.
