Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic marketing plans for commercial real estate properties. Drive lead generation through digital campaigns, events, partnerships, and offline channels. Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with business goals. Oversee the production of marketing materials including brochures, presentations, and digital content. Manage website, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media campaigns. Track marketing performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management. Build relationships with real estate agents, media, and other stakeholders. Coordinate property branding, signage, and on-site promotional efforts. Incentives .

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 2.5 years of proven experience in

commercial real estate marketing
