We are looking for a skilled and proactive Real Estate Marketing Freelancer to support our real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, promoting properties, handling online marketing activities, and driving customer engagement. This is a freelance/part-time opportunity with flexible working hours.
Key Responsibilities
Promote real estate projects through online and offline marketing activities.
Generate qualified leads for site visits and sales teams.
Create and manage marketing content for social media platforms.
Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries.
Share property details, project videos, brochures, and location information with prospects.
Manage WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram promotions.
Coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups and conversions.
Maintain daily reports of leads and marketing activities.
Support branding, advertisement planning, and campaign execution.
Required Skills
Strong communication skills (Tamil/English preferred).
Good knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
Basic understanding of real estate marketing and lead generation.
Ability to handle customers professionally and confidently.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, Email, CRM).
Qualifications
Any degree/12th pass can apply.
Experience: 0-3 years (Real estate experience preferred but not mandatory).
